This program is designed for unskilled yet highly motivated and hardworking individuals, who desire to learn a trade and establish a career. Semblex Apprentices will begin their journey completing “Semblex University” where classroom and hands on skills are taught by dedicated instructors and mentors. As an Apprentice’s skills grow, so will the challenges, responsibilities, and compensation. At the completion of the Apprenticeship Program, the Apprentice will become a fully established skilled machine operator with equipment and production responsibilities, joining the Semblex family in our mission of providing cold formed products for the world’s leading manufacturers.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLearn the Ropes: Get hands-on experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment and processes.\nSupport the Team: Assist experienced professionals with machine setup, operation, and maintenance.\nKeep It Safe: Follow safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHigh School Graduate: You have your diploma or equivalent and are ready to take the next step.\nSecond Shift: During the training period, you are required to work the first shift and demonstrate the ability to operate the machine independently. Once you have successfully completed this phase, you will transition to the second shift.\nEnglish: Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English.\nReliable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial.
