The Data and Applications Team develops, operates, maintains, and enhances a suite of cybersecurity tools deployed across secure enclaves to support incident response, threat detection, and event monitoring. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess a minimum of an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility to start due to federal contract requirements.\nThe Cloud Developer - Sr will have the following responsibilities:\nResponsible for developing the cloud service delivery models and architectural framework to enable platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), and data as a service (DaaS).\nAble to implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.\nAble to analyze applications and make recommendations across multiple area that identify what platforms can move, migrate, and/or be deployed into a cloud environment.\nCapable of providing strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization and benefit analyses of cloud, cloud agnostic, and on-site premise services.\nResponsible for developing and implementing cloud applications, migrating existing on-premises applications to the cloud, debugging cloud stacks, managing policies for the use of cloud services, requests for new technology, establishing a secure cloud environment, ensuring appropriate availability/uptime design.\nWorks independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.\n\nUS Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience required\nBachelor’s Degree required\nExperience with ETL processes required\nExperience Splunk, SQL-based platforms, and Python required\nExperience with AWS and/or Azure required\nPreferred certifications and experience include:\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner\nAWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate\nExperience integrating third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks","company":"Tmc Technologies","rawCompany":"tmc technologies","city":"Huntsville","state":"AL","isRemote":false,"isActive":true,"createdAt":"2026-08-05T15:44:17.815Z","occupations":[],"industries":[],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Cloud Developer - Sr","description":"Job Description:\n\nTMC Technologies is in search of a Cloud Developer to join the FBI's Enterprise Engineering Assurance and Unit (EEAU) Data and Application Support Team.
