The Territory Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for business growth in the assigned region. The role also requires conducting market research, delivering product presentations, and managing territory-specific accounts to achieve organizational objectives.QualificationsProven sales ability, relationship building, and account management skillsStrong understanding of product promotion, strategies for business development, and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM software and other sales and reporting toolsAbility to analyze market trends, research competitors, and identify potential business opportunitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation, positive attitude, and a results-driven approach5 plus years' experience in the flooring industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
