The TPM will own aggressive schedules across multiple workstreams, build the processes that keep them on track, and align stakeholders from engineering to executive leadership. This role calls for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to influence business and technical leaders without direct authority. Above all, we want someone who is passionate about shipping quality products on time.\n\nWork Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role)\nDuration: 6-month contract\nPay Range: $70 - 78/hr\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead technology integration projects with the client's global teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery\nIdentify and engage stakeholders across product management, software engineering, and executive leadership in multiple geographies\nDefine program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with the client's business objectives\nDevelop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and track progress against commitments\nProactively manage changes in scope, identify risks and issues early, and drive contingency planning\nCommunicate program status on a regular cadence through structured status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations\nRepresent the urgency of issues accurately and escalate through the appropriate channels\nEstablish and refine program management processes that improve planning, execution, and delivery across the security portfolio\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience\n5 to 7 years of program and project management experience at high-tech companies\nFluency in English and Korean (Bilingual)\nProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, wiki tools, and the MS Office suite\nFull command of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through development and launch\nStrong ability to create and present professional documentation and executive-ready presentations\nEffective communication across disparate organizational structures and multiple management levels\nProven ability to facilitate collaboration across functions, departments, and levels, serving as a role model for teamwork\nDemonstrated success prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments\nExperience with mobile device products, ideally including Android Enterprise and the Android technology stack (kernel, framework, and application layers)\nTrack record of delivering mobile solutions with technology partners of all sizes across multiple stakeholder teams\n\nThank you!\n\nFocusKPI Hiring Team\n\nFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
