The strategist will design and deploy high-impact enablement programs, focusing on business value conversations and AI integration for strategic accounts. Success involves building robust sales assets, activating frontline manager coaching, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and scale global, persona-based sales enablement programs for strategic enterprise accounts.Develop sales strategies and collateral that articulate business value and ROI for enterprise solutions.Equip sales teams to effectively communicate the business impact of AI and generative AI.Implement manager-led coaching frameworks to drive sustained behavioral change and reinforce sales best practices.Establish robust measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and impact on ramp time, deal velocity, and revenue growth.Must Have Skills6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, sales coaching, or global sales enablement with strategic account teams.Deep understanding of complex buying committees, value engineering, and strategic account planning frameworks.Proven ability to design and manage global enablement programs with measurable impact.Domain / Industry ExperienceEnterprise SaaS, ideally with experience in Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, Document Cloud, or generative AI solutions.J-18808-Ljbffr
