Senior Finance ManagerThe Senior Finance Manager will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) responsibility for the North America business. The position plays a critical leadership role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the North American manufacturing operations.The Senior Finance Manager will lead commercial financial analysis, oversee internal controls and financial governance, and partner closely with operations to support manufacturing productivity, sourcing strategies, and inventory management. This individual will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing finance team supporting plant operations and commercial functions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMBA, CPA, or CMA preferredMinimum 12+ years of progressive financial management experienceMinimum 5+ years in a financial leadership roleDemonstrated experience supporting manufacturing and commercial operationsExperience leading and developing finance teams of 3+ professionalsStrong experience in commercial finance and manufacturing finance environmentsStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesProven ability to drive business performance improvements and operational efficienciesAdvanced financial modeling and decision support capabilitiesExperience developing performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecardsStrong financial planning and analysis (AOP, forecasting, variance analysis)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organizationProcess-oriented mindset with the ability to build and improve financial processesStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with financial and operational ERP systemsModerate travel required (1129 days annually)This role will sit HYBRID in Denver, CO
