The PM serves as the primary point of contact to the Government and is responsible for end-to-end execution of the ALTESS ITSS contract — cost, schedule, performance, and risk — across Operations, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Applications task areas.\n\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead a 163-FTE multi-disciplinary workforce, including integrated subcontractor teams.\nServe as primary interface to the Contracting Officer and PL ALTESS leadership.\nManage contract performance, financials, schedule, and risk; deliver CDRLs on time.\nEnsure SLA compliance across all task areas and drive continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nPMP Certification OR DAWIA Level III in Program Management.\n5+ years managing large-scale DoD IT services contracts.\nDemonstrated experience leading multi-task-area teams and integrated subcontractors.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.\nActive SECRET clearance.\nU.S. Citizenship.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\n• Prior PM experience on PL ALTESS, RAAP, or similar Army IT enclave contracts.\n\nITIL v4 Foundation.\nExperience leading transition-in for contracts greater than $50M.\nExisting relationships with Army CIO/G-6 stakeholders.\n\nCompany Overview\nOps Tech Alliance (OTA) was founded by former National Security and Special Operations professionals with over 100 years of combined experience and was formed with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between operations and technology to enable mission success.
