.NET Architect
The Mission: We are seeking a .NET Architect with profound Azure Cloud expertise to spearhead the design, modernization, and migration of our enterprise-scale applications. In this high-impact role, you will act as the primary technical gatekeeper and strategist, transitioning legacy monoliths into resilient, cloud-native microservices while influencing our long-term engineering roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Modernization StrategyEnd-to-End Ownership: Define and own the enterprise application architecture using .NET 6+ and Azure.Modernization Leadership: Lead on-prem to Azure migrations (re-host, re-platform, re-architect) and execute monolith-to-microservices transformations.Design Excellence: Create architectural blueprints and reference architectures ensuring strict adherence to SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.Azure Cloud & InfrastructureService Mastery: Implement solutions using AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Service Bus.Resiliency: Design high-availability and disaster recovery architectures following the Azure Well-Architected Framework.Security & Governance: Implement Azure AD, Managed Identities, and RBAC while performing comprehensive threat modeling.DevOps & IaC EnablementAutomation: Implement and govern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.CI/CD: Collaborate with teams to design automated pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Technical LeadershipMentorship: Act as a thought leader, performing code and architecture reviews to foster engineering excellence.Stakeholder Management: Influence technical decisions across teams and align with business product owners.Mandatory Technical Proficiency (Scale 1-4)C# / .NET Core: Expert Level (4/4)Microservices Architecture: Expert Level (4/4)Design & Solution Architecture: Expert Level (4/4)Authentication / Security / Authorization: Expert Level (4/4)Azure Cloud Services: Expert Level (4/4)CI/CD Pipelines: Advanced Level (3/4)Terraform (IaC): Competent Level (2/4)Core CompetenciesStrong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).Proven track record in defining migration roadmaps and mitigation strategies.Preferred QualificationsIndustry Experience: Previous background in the Healthcare industry, including knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.Migration Track Record: Hands-on experience with large-scale Database/Application migration to the cloud.Certification: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
