Experienced Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative specializing in insurance to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance through their insurance inquiries. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing clear information about insurance policies, claims, and coverage options Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and documentation through phone, email, or chat channels Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client requests, renewals, or feedback surveys to enhance client satisfaction Enter and update customer data accurately within our CRM system using strong data entry skills Support clients with billing questions, cash handling, and processing payments securely Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele Collaborate with team members in a hometown office environment to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively Qualifications Proven experience as a customer service representative within the insurance industry or related field - Allstate is a plus Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data management and reporting Previous call center experience with outbound calling responsibilities is highly desirable Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify client needs and promote suitable insurance products Attention to detail in data entry, analysis skills for assessing customer needs, and accuracy in cash handling procedures Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding client services!
