Whether you have experience with small-part assembly, electromechanical assembly, coil winding, or hand soldering, we'd love to hear from you.These are full-time, first-shift opportunities offering long-term potential for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.What You'll DoDepending on the department, responsibilities may include:Assemble small mechanical and electromechanical componentsPerform hand soldering of electrical components and wiringOperate light manufacturing equipment, including coil winding machinesRead and follow work instructions, fabrication procedures, and simple wiring diagramsInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are metPerform basic testing and rework when necessaryMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork efficiently while meeting production goalsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Previous manufacturing or assembly experienceStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to perform repetitive assembly work throughout the shiftAbility to read and follow written work instructions in EnglishReliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedulePreferred:Previous hand soldering experienceExperience assembling small componentsExperience working with electromechanical productsExperience operating light production equipment or coil winding machinesApplicants with soldering experience may be asked to complete a practical soldering assessment during the interview process.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit at a workbench for extended periodsPerform repetitive hand assembly and soldering tasksLift up to 25 pounds occasionallyFrequent visual inspection of small componentsSome areas of the facility are not climate controlledRequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipMust successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC permitted per company policy)Must be able to work the scheduled first-shift hoursIf you're looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee, we'd like to hear from you.
