Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides home services, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. We are a family owned and operated business which has been providing Five Star HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) services for over 60 years! Position Overview
As a Lead Electrician you will oversee residential projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure high standards of electrical installation and safety are met daily. If you’re a skilled electrician with leadership experience and a passion for excellence, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and diagnose various electrical problems accurately and efficiently
Lead and coordinate electrical installation projects, ensuring code compliance
Train, mentor, and support junior electricians and apprentices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness and safety
Collaborate with dispatch, project managers, and customers for seamless service delivery
Uphold high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction standards
Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
What You Bring
2 years’ experience with a variety of electrical systems, equipment, and generators
Proven leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., training or mentoring)
Demonstrated knowledge of NEC codes and residential/commercial wiring
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols
Service Titan Experience a Must!
Must be available to work weekends!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment
