Facility Coordinator
We are looking for a Facility Coordinator who will report to the site Manager, and who’ll be tasked with overseeing our Florida Test Site. Want to bring your true self on this adventure?You’ll Have The Opportunity ToBe Responsible of property and building maintenance and complianceCreate, maintain, support periodic maintenance on our equipmentSchedule and manage contractors on siteEnsure diligence in safety (HSS&E) being a first responderGuide the work of mechanics and journeymen for maintenance on internal systems (HVAC, Alarms, security cameras, lawn maintenance, cleaning crew, etc)Support administrative task related to building expensesPromote improvement projectsPreventative maintenance if neededYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:Required5+ years of relevant coordination or supervision experience, specifically in mechanical, automotive, or industrial environmentExperience in building maintenance, compliance, and equipment maintenance with a mechanical aptitudeStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees and contractorsFluency in English (written and spoken)Experience managing projects simultaneously with a deep sense of organization and autonomyProficient with computers and programs for electronic logging of reports and emailing.PreferredAssociate degree or equivalentGoogle Suite or Microsoft Office experienceDemonstrate strong interest in recreational & performance vehiclesOSHA 30Hazwoper, CPR, First Aid CertificationsElectrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry experience is a plusAdditional DetailsPosition requires current work authorization.
