This role will ensure that construction projects stay within their designated budget and deadline. This position will include overseeing the technical, financial and personal aspects of all projects.\nThis is NOT a remote position. Candidate must be located in the East Missouri / West Illinois area.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nEnsure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and comply with regulatory and quality control requirements\nCommunicate and manage project expectations\nManage Multiple stakeholders\nAnticipate and solve any issues that may arise\nDevelop progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and company leadership\nConduct post project analysis and define successes and areas for improvement\nOversee contractors\nLocating utility lines while we continue to grow in the area\nAppropriate and detailed documentation\nSkills:\nTime management\nPrevious experience in the Telecommunications field preferred\nCustomer service skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDesired Skills:\nProject management experience\nClass E License\nBachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required\nExperience in fiber design and fiber splicing preferred\nWhy Join Socket Fiber?\nAt Socket Fiber, we're redefining what it means to connect communities.
