Your expertise in cleanroom equipment and certification processes will ensure smooth and efficient implementation with minimal disruption to hospital operations. Additionally, the Implementation Project Manager may also be called upon to assist with set-in-place services for other Germfree products.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nFacilitate customer kickoff calls, periodic check-ins, and optimization meetings throughout the project implementation lifecycle.\nConsult with Pharmacy Customers to plan and execute the Full Implementation Cycle for Smarthood™, including, but not limited to, Client Discovery, Initiation, Installation, Go-Live, and Optimization.\nAct as the main point of contact for communication and status updates throughout the Smarthood™ implementation process.\nInstall and configure Smarthood™ portfolio of products, including the Laminar Flow, Biological Safety Cabinet Smarthood™ innovative components, including computers, scanners, cameras, printers, gravimetric scales, and any future Smarthood™ products.\nFacilitate the rapid operationalization of Smarthood™ units to minimize downtime in hospital pharmacies.\nDeliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to customers and Germfree Stakeholders to effectively use and maintain Smarthood™ technology.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues while providing solutions to enhance the product's performance and usability.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and comprehensive service experience.\nDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including workbooks, checklists, work instructions, and training documents, for Smarthood™ products.\nMaintain documentation of all installation and service activities for client and regulatory\ncompliance.\nContinuously update knowledge on product features, cleanroom standards, and healthcare regulations.\nAssist in facilitating Set in Place Services for other Germfree products.\nParticipate in the service calls that may require on-site assistance as needed.\nRequired Knowledge and Skills:\nExtensive knowledge of laminar flow hoods, biosafety cabinets, and cleanroom technology.\nSkilled experience in medium to large enterprise Implementations for complex Health Care Systems.\nProficient in installing and configuring complex hardware systems, a plus.\nExceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.\nAbility to manage multiple projects/implementations simultaneously.\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and engage effectively with healthcare professionals.\nPrior experience in clinical or pharmacy practice is preferred.\nKnowledge of healthcare regulations and certification processes for cleanroom equipment.\nSelf-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).\nFlexibility to travel as needed for implementations, including potential overnight or weekend trips regionally, nationally, and internationally.\nQualifications:\nA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent professional experience.\nProven experience in assisting with the implementation of complex cleanroom equipment within hospital environments or managing intricate implementations for medium to large healthcare systems.\nPharmacy Technician Certification and Licensure is preferred.\nSterile Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly desirable.\nTraining in cleanroom environments or equivalent credentials is strongly preferred.\nUnderstanding of IV compounding processes and software integration is advantageous.\nProject management skills with the ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and ensure successful project delivery.\nWhy You’ll Love Germfree\nGermfree is committed to employee well‑being, growth, and work‑life balance.
