The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience6+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations, or strong Application support experienceCertified in SAP SuccessFactorsExperience in HCM Employee CentralStrong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors systemExperience managing your plate of work, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables and serviceSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelExcellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-taskMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
