This includes developing comprehensive presentation and training materials; composing and writing a wide range of correspondence; designing artistic communication and media materials; and coordinating nationwide budget and financial materials.\n\nSpecific Services:\n\nProject Management\nAssess and research current status and future requirements.\nDevelop and adhere to milestones, budget and timelines.\n\nExecutive Communications\nDevelop written materials that clearly present key issues, background considerations and potential implications.\nStructure content to support leadership decision making.\nDraft, edit and finalize speeches, talking points, remarks and executive correspondence.\nTailor messaging for internal, external and public audiences.\nIncorporate relevant context, priorities and considerations to ensure materials support leadership intent and engagement objectives.\n\nAnnual Reports and Official Publications\nSynthesize information from multiple sources, including data calls, program inputs and policy guidance.\nPresent unique and complementary layouts, formats, charts and graphic work.\nProvide training tools created in print, electronic and video media.\nProvides executive stretch goals against USMS missions and objectives.\nDraft narrative content that conveys organizational performance, accomplishments and trends.\nOrganize and present information in a manner that highlights key issues, risks, considerations and implications to support executive awareness and direction.\n\nStrategic Planning\nDraft and edit strategic plans, implementation plans, and supporting documents\nTranslate executive direction into structured, actionable written content\nEnsure alignment with DOJ strategic goals and performance frameworks\n\nAward Recognition and Conference/Training Management\nSupport planning and execution of executive-level engagements\nDraft award nominations, citations, and supporting narratives, ensuring submissions meet established criteria and reflect organizational priorities\nDevelop agendas, read-ahead materials and executive briefings\nAssist with site selection research.\nCoordinate attendee registration and requests.\nProvide logistical and on-site conference management support.\nProvide support to speakers and guests.\nPrepare audiovisual and multimedia materials that are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.\nProvide professional training and administrative services.\nWork directly with presenters to compose correspondence and create dynamic presentations.\nDevelop and edit program descriptions, concept papers, and briefing materials\nEnsure clarity, consistency, and alignment with executive messaging\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor of Arts Degree in related field or equivalent experience.\nTen years of specialized experience that is related to the duties described.\nExperience working with and collaborating with other agencies.\nExperience developing Strategic Plans and Project Plans.\nExperience working with complex senior executive leadership core qualifications and workplans.\nKnowledge of Federal Government regulations.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite software.\nNo security clearance, i.e. secret or top secret is required.
