Assists the Chef or Sous Chef with food preparation activities such as chopping, peeling, washing as directed. Assists other kitchen staff with proper food and supply dating, labeling and stocking, as requested. Ensures that all surfaces in the kitchen environment, to include the kitchen, dining and catering areas and all associated equipment, are clean and sanitized.
