We are a growing team of technologists, designers, & healthcare professionals transforming behavioral health through intuitive technology & scalable systems.Role PurposeThe Senior Front-End Developer is responsible for designing & developing responsive, user-focused interfaces for ATrack’s SaaS platform, ensuring technical excellence, performance optimization, & alignment with product & architectural strategy. Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance user-facing features that deliver intuitive and seamless user experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end product solutionsTranslate product and design requirements into scalable and maintainable solutionsEnsure applications are reliable, performant, and aligned with best engineering practicesContribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiativesPromote efficient development workflows and support high-quality software deliveryStay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for innovation and improvementSupport cross-platform initiatives and evolving product needsMentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering environment Requirements3–5 years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)Experience with mobile development (React Native or .NET MAUI)Experience with modern design frameworks (Material UI, LESS, SASS)Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs & microservicesExperience incorporating AI into software developmentProfessional English communication skills (written & verbal)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceStrong problem-solving, communication, & collaboration skillsDriven, results-oriented, & able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration Nice to HaveExperience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworksExperience with .NET / C# technology stackExperience with CI/CD pipelines & deployment processesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)Experience in healthcare, ABA, or practice management softwareReady to help revolutionize healthcare technology?
