ResponsibilitiesReview current database Exadata architecture and create a new Exadata database architecture.Create a migration strategy/plan for migrating databases to new Exadata.Migrate databases to new Exadata and provide tuning, troubleshooting, and automation as required. Required QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Oracle database performance tuning.Experience migrating databases to/from Exadata platform.Experience with Oracle releases 19.x and 26.x, RMAN, Data Guard, scripting and automation.Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle database performance tuning.Minimum 2 years of experience using multiple methods and technologies with RMAN, and Data Guard.Minimum 3 years of experience performing detailed, highly technical root cause analysis of Oracle database systems.Minimum 2 years of experience with ability to create scripts to automate processes in the Oracle database environments. Preferred QualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Experience in Higher Education - Highly complex environment, with diverse stakeholders.
