Now Hiring: Product Manager – Duct Bank & Bore Spacers (National Role)APS is seeking a driven Product Manager to lead and grow our Duct Bank Spacer and Bore Spacer product lines across the U.S.This role blends product management, technical sales, and market development, working directly with contractors, utilities, engineers, and distributors to expand market share and drive product innovation.What You’ll Do:Own and grow a national product line, identifying new markets and opportunitiesBuild relationships with contractors, utilities, engineers, and distributorsDrive specifications by getting APS products into project designsLead product demos, trainings, and industry event participationCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing on new product development and improvementsProvide market insights and customer feedback to internal teamsWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in product management and/or technical salesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to present technical products to diverse audiencesBackground in construction, civil, or engineering (preferred)Willingness to travel (50%+) and manage a national territoryWhy APS?
