These skilled nurses will be able to see patients within Orange County as they provide skilled care services to patients that are referred to our agency! We serve patients from Buena Park all the way down to San Clemente!! Perks of working with us: OASIS Transcriber (minimal documentation) Paid Training Competitive Pay 401k/Benefits Self Determined Schedule Referral Bonus Program Minimum Requirements include: Ability to take 20 cases a week, some weekends as needed Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing Must have minimum 1 year with a CA license in nursing as an RN IV Experience/ IV insertion (preferred) Acute Care/ Home Health experience (preferred) Wound Vac experience (preferred) Experience in EMR software (preferred) Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
