We provide day, residential and employment services to the people we serve through ECF CHOICES and DIDD programs.\nProgress Inc. is currently looking for a Residential Program Manager to manage approximately 30 DSP (direct support professionals) staff that provide residential and community based supports to adults with intellectual disabilites.\nPrimary Duties:\n- Staff and schedule caseload of Direct Support Professionals\n- Interview and hire staff as needed to maintain needed coverage\n- Ensure the needs of the individuals Progress serves are being met\n- Submitting reports and documentation as required\n- Conducting house visits to ensure quality supports\n- Staff training\nRequirements:\n- Must have proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
