{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"92563419d7076db8486f4e2b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/92563419d7076db8486f4e2b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/92563419d7076db8486f4e2b","title":"Maintenance Director","description":"Maintenance Director Location - Bonita Springs, FL\nPosition Summary Under the general direction of the Regional Director, the primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Director include the overall maintenance/upkeep of a Senior Living Community (facility and grounds) including preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities Ensure all aspects of the facility are in a good state of repair\nRespond to work order requests on a daily basis\nPartner with the Executive Director when contracting with any outside vendors\nMaintain Unit Maintenance Log for each department\nMonitors and maintains Building Inspection Schedule that includes preventative maintenance program and all required system inspections.\nOn call 24 hours a day for emergency maintenance needs as authorized by the Executive. If not available must arrange for back up coverage.\nPerforms routine janitorial duties in order to keep buildings and grounds clean and\nSnow removal and landscaping not performed by outside contractors\nPerforms routine inspections of interior and exterior of building\nPerform mandatory annual unit inspections completing required\nEnsure the highest quality of customer service is available for the residents\nOrders maintenance supplies and monitor inventory\nMaintains dumpster area and monitor trash pick up\nEducation, Experience and Skills Required Excellent communication skills and compassion for older adults\nBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC heating/cooling, and general repair skills\nExperienced Maint/Facility background, MEP, drywall, paint, hardware installs\nMotivated, self-started, task oriented, computer knowledge, Team player\nPhysical Demand Requirement While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, bend, stretch, pull or push and lift items.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\nBenefits/Perks Competitive salary commensurate with experience.\nComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.\nOpportunities for professional development and advancement.\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
