Pre-Sales Specialist

Position Purpose: To generate and manage B2B manufacturing sales opportunities while building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a proactive, process-oriented individual with technical and sales expertise to contribute to business growth. Essential functions: · Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions in a manufacturing B2B environment. · Interpret technical concepts and product drawings to meet client requirements. · Communicate effectively through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, fostering client relationships. · Multitask and work efficiently in virtual and in-person team environments. · Manage accounts and records using CRM tools to optimize client relations. · Leverage ERP systems in manufacturing settings to enhance operational efficiency. · Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks and deliverables. · Engage in process improvements to meet and exceed organizational objectives. preferred Qualifications: · Education: Associates Degree in business administration or related field with a technical background, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B manufacturing sales, with experience in a collaborative sales capacity using established sales processes and concepts. Client-facing sales experience managing relationships via telephone and email. · Skills: Ability to review technical product drawings. Knowledge of ERP systems in manufacturing environments (preferred). Basic project management knowledge or experience (preferred). · Microsoft Office Suite: Word: Create and format documents such as reports, memos, and work instructions. Excel: Perform data entry, basic data analysis, and manage spreadsheets. PowerPoint: Develop and deliver polished presentations. Outlook: Manage high email volumes, schedule appointments, and organize tasks. · Professional Attributes: Dependable self-starter with strong initiative to identify and implement process improvements. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work constructively with all levels of the organization. Process-oriented with multitasking abilities to balance various responsibilities effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
