As an employee-owned firm, we’re invested in each other’s success and in the communities we serve.\n\nKnowledge of the Following is Preferred:\nSite development\nKnowledge of state and federal codes and regulatory agency requirements\nDesign and rehabilitation of water distribution systems\nDesign and rehabilitation of sewage collection systems\nPreparation of Preliminary Engineering Reports for water and wastewater facilities\nExperience with municipal & county\nUnderstanding of municipal, county, and state governments\nInterest in transportation, hydraulics, or municipal engineering\nStormwater collection and stormwater detention/retention/reuse systems\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field\nLicensed Professional Engineer in North Dakota or ability to obtain within two years\nTechnical knowledge of engineering principles and practices\nExperience with project management\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere is vital\nGood driving record and valid driver’s license.\nAbility to use civil engineering software such as AutoCAD\nProficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbout Us\nEmbracing a collaborative team approach, Interstate Engineering focuses on building for tomorrow.
