This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards on-site. The Construction Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.\nCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation.\nUtilize construction management software such as ProCore, OutBulld and other tools to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of plans.\nOversee quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.\nManage safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.\nPrepare reports on project status, including cost estimates, change orders, and progress updates as well as potential issues or roadblocks.\nSupervise and mentor construction staff and subcontractors to foster a productive work environment.\nEnsure proper use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary.\nRequirements\nProven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites.\nProficiency with construction management software .\nExtensive knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.\nStrong understanding of contracts, quality control procedures, and OSHA safety standards.\nDemonstrated management skills with previous supervising experience on large-scale projects or pipelines.\nAbility to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nStrong communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders.\nRelevant certifications such as OSHA certification are preferred but required within six months of start date.
