Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and contributing to revenue growth. The role will also involve preparing and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating with potential clients, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiationProficiency in conducting market research and data analysisExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales tracking systemsAbility to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutionsStrong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on achieving targetsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in business development roles, particularly within the small business or services industry, is highly advantageous
