And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n\nManage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations business partners to drive increased performance.\n\nDemonstrate analytical and quantitative skills and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.\n\nEffectively interact and collaborate with customers, project sponsors, technical product managers, and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions.\n\nProactively recognize and drive opportunities to simplify processes.\n\nContribute to and influence technical designs.\n\nDrive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.\n\nLead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs.\n\nAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade‑offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.\n\nIdentify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.\n\nCreate, maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders.\n\nTravel up to 25%.\n\nA day in the life\nIn this role, you will own the development and implementation of global standards for liquid cooling systems across AWS Data Centers. As liquid cooling technology scales rapidly across the fleet, you will define global serviceability requirements including maintenance, spares, training and certification requirements. You will coordinate with Field Engineering and product teams and drive operational readiness for new liquid cooling deployments to ensure liquid cooling infrastructure is maintained safely and reliably at global scale.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n3+ years of technical product or program management experience.\n\n3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.\n\nExperience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.\n\n2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.\n\nPMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.\n\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this position is listed below.
