This is an ideal role for a student who has a foundational understanding of coding and enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and figuring things out independently. You do not need to be an expert developer — we are looking for someone resourceful, curious, organized, and comfortable learning new systems and tools.\n\nWhat You’ll Work On\n\nAssisting with updates to our student portal and websites\n\nSupporting Airtable organization, data cleanup, and workflow management\n\nHelping build or maintain automations and integrations between platforms\n\nSupporting hiring and onboarding systems\n\nUpdating digital handbooks and internal documentation\n\nAssisting with communications systems and operational workflows\n\nTroubleshooting small technical issues across platforms\n\nGeneral administrative support as needed during summer operations\n\nPreferred Technical Background\nCandidates should have a basic working knowledge of:\n\nHTML\n\nCSS\n\nJavaScript\n\nAirtable or spreadsheet/database systems\n\nGeneral understanding of automations and integrations\n\nExperience with the following is a plus:\n\nZapier, Make, or similar automation tools\n\nWebsite builders or CMS platforms\n\nAPIs or integrations\n\nAI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex or Anthropic Claude\n\nTechnical documentation or workflow design\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nStrong problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to learn quickly and work independently\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented\n\nComfortable switching between technical and administrative tasks\n\nGood communication skills\n\nReliable and responsive during the summer season\n\nCurrent college student or recent graduate preferred\n\nImportant Note\nThis is not a highly specialized software engineering role.
