This role is part of the Digital Experience & Operations team and focuses on driving online revenue, optimizing digital merchandising, and enhancing omnichannel customer experiencesYou will work closely with category leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategies around assortment, pricing, promotions, and digital experience, contributing to high-impact categories with significant revenue ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of digital merchandising strategies across B2B and B2C channelsAnalyze category performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendationsOptimize online assortment, pricing, availability, and product presentationPartner with product, pricing, promotions, and operations teams to drive online sales growthMonitor and improve conversion rates, search performance, and customer experienceIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase attachment ratesLeverage analytics tools to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behaviorAssist in building and executing omnichannel merchandising and GTM plansConduct competitive analysis and support continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with engineering and catalog teams to ensure accurate and optimized site experienceRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce, with 2+ years in B2B eCommerceStrong understanding of online merchandising, assortment planning, and pricing strategiesExperience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc.)Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business decisionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
