From concept to delivery, we design every project with business goals in mind: creating campaigns that work as hard as our clients do.Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a Business Development Representative based in New York / Tri-State. This is a commission-only role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.You’ll be responsible for driving new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, and in-person pitching) as well as managing warm leads generated by Dendera Studios. This role requires consistent weekly activity and direct communication with our leadership team.ResponsibilitiesDedicate weekly hours to prospecting: cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach.Work inbound leads from ads, referrals, and outreach campaigns.Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers across industries.Run discovery conversations and present Dendera Studios’ creative services.Track outreach and pipeline activity in our dedicated CRM.Collaborate with the CD and Head of Business Development to refine messaging and offers.QualificationsSales or business development experience (B2B or agency preferred).Confident in cold outreach and comfortable handling objections.Strong communication and networking abilities.Based in NYC / Tri-State area — able to pitch in person when needed.Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a commission-only role.Background in creative services, video production, or marketing a plus.CompensationCommission-only, uncapped earnings.Performance incentives available for consistent results.The more you close, the more you earn — no ceiling.This role has room to transition into a full-time position as the agency grows.📩 Interested?
