Senior Electrical I&C Parts Engineering Specialist

Job Description Why this role Be the engineering linchpin that connects customer needs, supply partners, and our OEM Parts team in New Stanton, PA. You'll report to the Manager of Procurement Engineering and operate in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week on site.What you'll do Oversee the full lifecycle of I&C parts orders—from quote through purchase—ensuring quality and on-time delivery.Partner with internal Sales, customers, and vendors to drive I&C procurement decisions and timelines.Translate customer requirements into clear I&C part definitions and acceptance criteria.Create and maintain procurement/manufacturing documentation and author Commercial Dedication Instruction (CDI) documents.Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, including part obsolescence, through risk assessments and qualified alternates.Author test procedures and conduct functional testing to validate performance.Plan equipment setups and monitoring for seismic, environmental, and EMC testing.What you bring B.S. from an ABET-accredited program in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.4+ years in Electrical Engineering roles with demonstrated ownership of deliverables.Competence in analog circuit design principles.Core proficiencies Bachelor's DegreeElectrical schematics (interpretation and creation)PCB assembly processes and quality considerationsPCB component selection and applicationElectrical/electronic systems fundamentalsGrowth & impact Expand your influence across procurement engineering, vendor qualification, and product lifecycle management.Deepen testing expertise through hands-on seismic, environmental, and EMC work.Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, suppliers, and customers.Work location & schedule New Stanton, PA. Mobile working arrangement with 2–3 days per week on site for lab activities, supplier reviews, and team collaboration.Pay transparency The estimated base salary range is $85,200.00 to $106,500.00 per year, commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications.
