Reporting to the Senior Director and working closely with the LA County Manager, the Program Coordinator will support program partners in continuously strengthening program quality and outcomes, thoughtful expansion of high-quality programs, and advancing a model of excellence.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLead the annual program planning process, including proposal development and review, program budget management, implementation timelines, partner agreements, project deliverables, and grant reporting.\nServe as the lead point of contact for program partners, conducting site visits to strengthen relationships and monitor program quality, promising practices and challenges.\nCoordinate the annual program evaluation process by reviewing partner reports, analyzing data, identifying trends and lessons learned, and developing recommendations that advance continuous improvement aligned with HFTFS’s Platinum Standard for Program Excellence.\nLead the Partner Peer Learning Network and explore resource sharing opportunities that promote collaboration and knowledge exchange.\nSupport planning and coordination of program stakeholder events, including student showcases, career fairs, graduations, and other convenings that build awareness and program support.\nSupport the HFTFS communication’s team by identifying students and instructors for interviews and other storytelling opportunities that highlight program impact.\nResearch and assess new initiatives that strengthen student success and long-term engagement, including post-secondary and career tracking, alumni networking, and other strategies that support career pathway development.\nPrepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and recommendations for HFTFS leadership and partners, and represent HFTFS at meetings, conferences, and community events.\nStay informed of emerging trends and best practices in skilled trades education and workforce development.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nScope\nStaff supervision and development: No\nDecision making: Limited in scope to specific work responsibilities.\nTravel: Up to 25%\nFlex Designation: Local\n\nThe anticipated salary for this position is $85,000 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
