Outside Lease Sales Representative

Truckway Leasing and Rental Company is looking to expand our Sales team. We want an aggressive, highly motivated, sales-minded individual to help us grow our business in and around the Lexington, Louisville, KY/ Jeffersonville, IN market! The Outside Lease Sales Representative is responsible for business development of our Leasing lines along with finding and developing new maintenance service opportunities to help us grow our business. This role offers a competitive salary, commission, car allowance and an industry leading benefits package including medical benefits and 401(k). This role will report to the President.General Responsibilities for our Outside Lease Sales RepresentativeRegular contact with potential prospects selling a wide variety of products including leasing agreements to the transportation industryHelp prepare estimates and quote pricing on truck leasing opportunitiesMonitor and provide feedback on the company's industry competitors, new services, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needsTravel within sales territory to meet prospects and customersConduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers dailyBuild and maintain relationships with new and repeat customersMaintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accountsEducate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionallyStrong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniquesQualifications for Outside Lease Sales RepresentativeMust have the competitive drive to meet or exceed sales targets and quotesBachelor's degree preferredPrior Truck Leasing / sales experience requiredCustomer service, problem-solving and negotiation skillsAble to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences with peers, managers, and leadershipDetail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritizePhysical Requirements For Truck Rental Outside Sales RepresentativeThe physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
