This role builds strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, develops diverse sourcing strategies, ensures data integrity, and provides regular recruitment updates. By understanding business goals and market trends, the TA Partner delivers qualified candidates efficiently while supporting continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.\r\nKey Job Responsibilities Serve as a TA consultant to the business and build relationships to become a trusted advisor and influencer to the business stakeholders.\r\nEnsure effective and timely sourcing, selection, and placement of talent with the right character and competence to deliver the organization's goals and objectives.\r\nBuild strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to understand position and candidate qualifications required.\r\nResponsible for full life-cycle recruitment, from research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing evaluations through offer and acceptance stages.\r\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to consult on hiring plans to meet their staffing needs.\r\nUnderstand the business function's goals, challenges, culture, and career paths to deliver the right candidates most effectively.\r\nDevelop appropriate diverse sourcing strategies, identify suitable candidates for positions, and build diverse pipelines for key talent needs primarily through research, networking, direct recruiting as well as through the use of tools such as LinkedIn, Job street, and referrals.\r\nEnsure candidate data integrity in applicant tracking system and throughout the recruitment process.\r\nRegularly summarize and communicate recruitment updates proactively to hiring managers, human resources, and business leaders.\r\nStay current on local talent markets including risks, competitors, and compensation trends.\r\nEffectively execute and support the talent acquisition strategy, processes, and programs.\r\nActively contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices and participate in various projects as assigned.\r\nQualifications Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and 5 years recruiting experience. Experience recruiting Semiconductor/ Manufacturing DL workers an advantage.\r\nDemonstrated intense drive for results and a proactive approach to recruiting.\r\nAdvanced sourcing skills with both active and passive candidates, as well as in-depth knowledge of offer negotiation and closing tactics\r\nResults-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and/or ambiguous situations\r\nMust possess a high degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.\r\nDemonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team setting to accomplish business objectives.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\r\nProficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g. UltiPro or similar).\r\nDemonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and proactively both verbally and written.\r\nEducation BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field required\r\nUltra Clean Technology is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
