Through innovation, sustainability, and close customer partnerships, we power some of the world's most advanced industrial solutions.\r\nYour Role\r\nIn this highly visible role, you will provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the integrity of financial operations while supporting business growth and transformation.\r\nLead all core finance functions including financial planning & analysis, accounting, cost control, tax, treasury, and working capital management\r\nOwn the financial close process and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and forecasting\r\nPartner with the Production Unit Manager and leadership team to provide actionable financial insights and decision support\r\nDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the Production Unit and Thermal Heating Sales Unit\r\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements\r\nOversee manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory, standard costing, PPV, and variance analysis\r\nLead capital investment planning, including financial justification, payback analysis, and post-implementation reviews\r\nStrengthening financial processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement\r\nMaintain and enhance ERP data integrity and financial governance (M3 or similar systems)\r\nDevelop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and accountability\r\nSupport audits, tax reporting, and centralized financial reporting requirements\r\nAbout You\r\nYou are a strategic thinker with strong financial expertise and a passion for partnering with operations to drive results.\r\nBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred)\r\n10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership within a manufacturing environment\r\nStrong experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis within production operations\r\nExperience with international business environments, consolidations, and foreign currency transactions\r\nProven ability to support ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives\r\nHands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred) and strong data governance discipline\r\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills across functions and leadership levels\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\r\nWhat You Can Expect from Us\r\nA collaborative and inclusive culture where your contributions truly matter\r\nOpportunities to grow within a global organization focused on innovation and sustainability\r\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits\r\nThe chance to play a key role in shaping the performance and future of our Concord operations\r\nAdditional Information\r\nAt Kanthal, our mission goes beyond delivering high-quality products— we work side by side with our customers to develop innovative solutions that drive real impact.\r\nSafety, sustainability, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.
