Licensed Trade Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Trade Operations Southern Border Lead, MedTech. Key Responsibilities Oversee maquila operational workflows and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs requirements Coordinate with customs brokers and partners to manage bond coverage and TIB documentation Drive process improvements and compliance initiatives for cross-border trade and TIB management Required Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Law, or related field Fluent in Spanish and English 6-10 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or cross-border operations Experience managing Maquila and/or Temporary Importation under Bond (TIB) processes Strong knowledge of HTS classification, valuation, and U.S. Customs filing processes
