Assist in developing execution plans to minimize project delays and improve overall project performance.·        Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.·        Support digital transformation initiatives by developing and improving project tracking systems, Excel databases, dashboards, and engineering information management processes.·        Analyze project schedules, labor productivity, material utilization, and project KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.·        Work closely with procurement, warehouse, construction, QA/QC, safety, and management teams to ensure effective resource allocation and project execution.·        Comply with all client, project, and AUCAN quality, safety, and construction standards.·        Perform other duties as assigned in support of project execution and company objectives.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.Work Experience·        2–5 years of experience in engineering project management, semiconductor construction, electrical/mechanical construction, or a related field.·        Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication facilities (e.g., TSMC, Intel, Micron, Samsung, GlobalFoundries) is preferred.Professional Skills·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).·        Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.·        Knowledge of project management processes and document control.·        Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.·        Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SharePoint, or Power BI is a plus.Language Skills·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.·        Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.Work Authorization·        Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.·        Must be able to work both on-site and in the office based on project requirements.·        Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and travel as required to support project schedules.Preferred Qualifications·        Experience supporting semiconductor facility construction projects.·        Familiarity with TSMC project execution processes is highly desirable.·        PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.·        OSHA 30 certification is preferred.·        Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or project tracking system development is a plus.Benefits·        Competitive Salary·        Performance Bonus·        Health Insurance·        Dental Insurance·        Vision Insurance·        Paid Time Off (PTO)·        Paid Holidays·        Career Development Opportunities·        Training and Professional GrowthWhy Join AUCAN?At AUCAN, you will play a key role in supporting semiconductor construction projects while helping build and improve the company's project management systems and digital workflows.
