Regional Key Account Manager, On-Premise - GA/NC

Ultimately responsible for delivering the annual sales plan in the given accounts and acting as the conduit for all key account functions relating to the Company business.Accountabilities:Execute on all aspects of regional on-premise key accounts sales plan and strategy. Present brand plans, pricing and promotion, and programming according to parameters of business plan.Develop and maintain a business partnership with exec management, buyers and marketing agencies for assigned accounts & wholesaler network.Be the expert on assigned on-premise key accounts and geographic area assigned, uncovering new potential opportunities and trends to grow vertically and horizontally.Key Metrics & Financial Targets:Growth is 40%: ABP volume ex-innovation, ABP volume innovation and deliver investment planExecution is 40%: Deliver ABP PODs ex-innovation and Deliver ABP PODs innovationShare is 20%: Grow WC share of Seltzer, Grow Mike's share of FMB, Grow Cayman share of FMB, and Grow MABI share of FlavorOwn:Sales Targets and on-premise accountsSales Strategy Execution within their accountsInfluence:Sales Strategies: They play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to chainsCritical Relationships:Growth Strategy and Insights DivisionMABI/MACS Field Sales TeamRegional Pricing & MarketingABP Planning and Incentive ProgrammingExternal Suppliers & DistributorsSkills Needed To Be Successful:5+ years of Sales Experience, preferably in on-premise channelExperience calling on National on-premise chain accounts as a supplier or wholesaler managerProficient in customizing presentations, utilizing industry tools, and building category insights to appeal to customer needs to gain activationCompensation:Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location.
