This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from conceptualization to implementation, while utilizing cutting-edge technologies.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the Microsoft technology stack, including ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.\nArchitecture and Design: Take a lead role in designing and implementing robust and maintainable software architectures for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal performance and security.\nFront-end Technologies: Develop and enhance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.\nBack-end Development: Architect and implement efficient server-side logic and APIs using ASP.NET Core, optimizing for performance, scalability, and reliability.\nDatabase Management: Design and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity, efficient query performance, and effective use of database technologies such as SQL Server.\nCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.\nCode Review and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and quality standards are met. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nProblem-solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, optimize code, and provide innovative solutions to meet project requirements.\nAdoption of Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
