Develop value stream mapping - current state VSM - identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, capacity analysis and current baselining, future state VSM, current state vs future state. Identify process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap. Develop/re-write standard work instructions, video work instructions.Analysis of root cause for the quality failures, defects, downtimes etc., and support in corrective action & Kaizen/improvement identification with detailed implementation plan.
