This role serves as a liaison between management, security officers, clients, and internal departments to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and communicate with field security officers\nConduct site inspections and document findings electronically\nEnsure employees follow company policies, post orders, and safety procedures\nRespond to call-offs, no-shows, emergencies, and staffing needs\nFill open security posts when necessary\nInvestigate incidents and accidents and complete required reports\nAssist with scheduling, payroll, billing, and administrative duties\nConduct orientations, training, and onboarding for new employees\nParticipate in recruiting, interviews, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions\nInspect worksites for safety hazards and service-quality concerns\nCommunicate with clients and management regarding staffing and operations\nReview and communicate changes to post orders and procedures\nMaintain a professional, respectful, and compliant work environment\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred\nAt least 1 year of security experience; supervisory experience preferred\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record\nAbility to obtain or maintain required guard card or security license\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, web-based applications, and email\nStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent report-writing and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to pass criminal, motor vehicle, and client-required background checks\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be available for varying shifts, overtime, schedule changes, and occasional on-call emergencies\nMust be present in the field or branch office during assigned shifts\nLocal and occasional long-distance travel may be required\nMust be able to stand, sit, walk, drive, read reports and computer screens, and remain calm during emergencies\nMust protect confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times\nOH #65198924219\n\nWhy St. Moritz?\nAre you looking for a rewarding career in the security industry?
