This position involves accurately picking, moving, and organizing materials, including heavy and oversized items, while working at elevated heights within a warehouse or dock environment. This role requires maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company procedures in a fast-paced setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate order pickers, standard forklifts, and pallet jacks to accurately pick, transport, and stage materials\nEfficiently load, unload, and sort palletized and non-palletized freight\nUse handheld scanning devices to track inventory and shipments\nSecure freight inside trailers using proper tools and techniques\nHandle heavy materials, including coils, equipment, and large components\nWork in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company policies\nMaintain productivity and accuracy while working at heights\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n1+ years of experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred\nExperience in shipping, receiving, and/or production material movement preferred\nExperience handling heavy materials (e.g., coils, dies, large equipment) strongly preferred\nBasic computer skills, including experience with handheld scanners or inventory systems\nAbility to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, and shipping documents\nComfortable working at heights while using fall protection equipment\nMust be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to varying temperatures\nAbility to lift and move heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required\nStrong commitment to safety and adherence to company safety policies\nAdditional Information\n\nIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
