With over three decades in the market, ProHealth develops and sells science-backed supplements — including NAD+ precursors, cellular energy support, and mitochondrial health formulas — direct to consumers through its e-commerce platform and catalog. The company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead its growth strategy and expand its reach in an increasingly competitive and fast-growing longevity supplement market.Job Summary:The Vice President of Marketing will own customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and direct-to-consumer revenue and profit growth. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, omnichannel paid media, CRO, content marketing, CRM, and full-funnel execution across DTC, Amazon, and healthcare practitioner channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling revenue profitably and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced nutritional supplement e-commerce business.Qualifications & Experience:• 10+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, and growth marketing within DTC e-commerce and Amazon-centric businesses• Proven success scaling revenue through paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, affiliate, influencer)• Proven success using CRM to increase customer LTV• Experience managing annual marketing budgets while improving profitability• Deep expertise in Amazon Marketplace (PPC, DSP, SEO, conversion optimization)• Expert-level analytics skills• Nutritional supplement DTC experience• Subscription commerce experience• Experience managing 50+ SKU catalogs and supporting 25+ new product launches per year• Omnichannel marketing experience, including healthcare practitioner channels• 5+ years managing a marketing department• Strong brand-building acumen
