Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to work in a group setting. Ability to follow and understand simple instructions, including read and follow ISO document charts.\nAble to add and subtract and do simple division and multiplication. Calculators are available.\nReasoning Ability: Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or-two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.\nEssential Job Responsibilities:\n\nOperate machines (i.e. big clicker, Z-5002, Tech 1000 and Tech 1001 cut and lay machine, and bonus maker, etc.). Must be willing to be trained and operate any machine as needed.\nAssemble tire repair patches from rubber and fabric.\nOperate machinery and operate computer on machines\nLift, mount, and set up rolls of materials on machine spindle(s).\nKeep supplies fed to the machine and assemblers.\nInspect quality of repair (patch). pull paper off of the cured repair (patches).\nWrite and calculate labor ticket(s).\nFollow work orders closely.\nRecord labor and inventory accurately.\nExcellent hand-eye coordination is required.\nClean machines and floor.\nCarry tubs of pressed repairs to their next destination.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSupervision:\nMust be able to work independently, and or with a team, with little supervision (will not give supervision)\n\nOther Skills/Requirements:Communication Skills/Requirements:\nAble to read limited number of two-and-three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
