Each BurgerFi store is built according to environmentally sustainable best practices, and includes earth-friendly elements, and a low carbon footprint.We are an independently owned and operated franchisee of BurgerFi International, LLC.Summary of Position: Line Cooks (Grill & Fry Station) are responsible for ensuring the orderly and accurate preparation of quality meals to customers satisfaction and compliance with Health Department regulations.Duties & Responsibilities:Cook and/or grill items as neededAssume responsibility for quality of products prepared and servedComplies consistently with BurgerFi standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and proceduresStock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stationsMaintain kitchen to meet or exceed Health Department standards for cleanliness, food handling and sanitationMonitor stocks of ingredients and food items and assist with the preparation of inventory supply ordersProperly maintain and use all equipment per manufacturer's and company specificationsRestaurant experience in Back of the House position is preferredWillingness to be a team player and hard workerAble to communicate clearly with customers and other employeesAble to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 poundsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)Must see clearly (with or without glasses) to read, interpret and understand recipes, menus, food orders, packing slips, etc.Able to sense degrees of temperature
