Duties
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and safety.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock checks, overseeing stocking procedures, and coordinating purchasing activities.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales targets.
Skills
Proven management experience in retail environments with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and sales optimization.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting training & development sessions.
Proficient in payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and inventory management systems.
Familiarity with retail math for pricing strategies, sales analysis, and profit calculations.
Demonstrated leadership in team management, shift supervision, and store operations.
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
