Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)Client: Aerospace Manufacturing CompanyDuration: 06 months (Temp to hire)Shift : 2:30 PM to 11:00 PMLocation: Windsor, CT 06095Pay Rate : USD 18.00 /hr - USD 25.00 /hrJob Description:Qualifications:Reliable and motivated candidates for Manufacturing, Production, and Skilled LaborExperience in grit/sandblast, plating, airflow, blenders, maskers, braze, chem strip, bonding, and teardownFast-paced, high-speed environment; follow standardized work and safe practices Requirements:HS Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to read, write, and use work instruction sheetsMechanical background helpfulExperience with hand tools and gaugesManufacturing experience preferred Minimum Physical Requirements:1 Year of Manufacturing/Warehouse experienceAbility to read, interpret, and communicate work instructionsAbility to sit/stand/bend/twist/lift +25lbs for 8 hours or moreWillingness to work OT, including weekends Responsibilities:Assist in assembly/disassembly of aircraft engine partsUtilize chemical and hand cleaning proceduresPerform minor repairs/modifications using shop machinesTest engine components for serviceabilityUse precision measurement equipment for re-workFollow technical orders, PRWIs, blueprints, sketches, and sample parts
