Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense’s (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.\n\nResponsibilities\nYour essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-\n\nOperates, troubleshoots, and modernizes the mobile device management services for the Government client.\n\nMust have an understanding of Microsoft best practice solutions in a production environment with enterprise security requirements in mind.\n\nMust interact with system/network administrators, enterprise security, and government personnel.\n\nInstalls, tests, validates, and maintains mobile operating system patches on both Android and iOS devices.\n\nTroubleshoots iPhone and Android device activation and configuration issues, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for delegation.\n\nCreates and modifies application groups, policies, application configurations, and user groups within Intune.\n\nMaintains DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) compliance for mobile devices to include Android and iOS.\n\nTroubleshoots connectivity problems with mobile applications connections.\n\nValidates compliance with DoD Restricted application guidance from DISA.\n\nPerforms daily operations and validates mobility service health.\n\nRecommends upgrade paths as applicable to include additional functionality rollouts.\n\nProactively manages systems to provide consistent service uptime for user base.\n\nResponds in support of after-hours outage resolution (shares with other Mobility admins).\n\nSupports enterprise patching efforts as required.\n\nCommunicates with venders for supporting enterprise issues and future updates.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Experience, Certifications, and Education:\n\nDoD 8570 IAT III certification (CASP+ce, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP [or Associate], GCED, GCIH)\n\nProfessional level certification, i.e. MCITP, MCSE or BlackBerry System Integration Professional\n\n4+ years working with Microsoft Intune and other Mobile Device Managers\n\n10+ years supporting DoD enterprise environments\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nIn-depth understanding of Windows infrastructure technologies, such as Group Policy Objects and how they affect/interact with Mobility Management Services (MMS) within the enterprise\n\nComprehensive understanding of Networking in an enterprise and how the network affects/interacts with MMS within the enterprise\n\nAbility to interface with vendors and clients (internal and external)\n\nAbility to analyze situations and formulate recommendations to upper management\n\nProfessional Level certification, i.e. MCSA or MCSE\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\n\nGeneral office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable.
