A floating associate/MIT will have comprehensive knowledge of general operations within the store, including store side, food service and management duties. Will work with District Manager on supporting stores within the districts area of operations.\r\nBenefits\r\n(available to employees designated as full time and working 40 hours per week):\r\nPaid vacation time\r\nPaid personal/sick time\r\nPaid holidays\r\nHealth plan offering $0 deductible option\r\nDental, vision and supplemental insurance plans\r\nOpportunity for advancement\r\nTasks and Responsibilities\r\nAlways greet customers within the store, provide excellent customer service through entire interaction.\r\nSupport store with filling in for scheduling gaps to ensure operations run smoothly.\r\nWillingness to work as a cashier, stock product, maintenance tasks, and work in food service department.\r\nWillingness to learn Store Manager tasks, such as cash balancing, invoicing, ordering, scheduling, environmental tasks, maintenance request to be able to cover stores in managers absence.\r\nWillingness to learn foodservice operations, get Serve Safe certified and follow all food safety and sanitation practices.\r\nHelp train new staff in stores.\r\nBe flexible and willing to travel to more than one location a day.\r\nCommunicate well with Store Managers and District Manager on store issues or feedback,\r\nOther duties may be assigned by management.\r\nQualifications Skill Requirements\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nDetail Oriented.\r\nProfessional always.\r\nWork with highest level of integrity.\r\nAbility to handle stressful situations.\r\nAbility to adapt and welcome change.\r\nAbility to work well individually or in a team environment.\r\nAbility to follow all food safety/sanitation guidelines.\r\nAbility to follow verbal and written directions.\r\nAbility to lift objects properly up to 50lbs.\r\nAbility to work in multiple different temperatures during the day.\r\nAvailability\r\nShifts vary by location and are established bases on the business needs of the Store. Your manager will work with you to find a schedule that will provide you with your desired hours, whenever possible.
